Today Ben and I ventured to Indy. Being season ticket holders for the Mad Ants, we also get tickets to a Pacers game. So off we went! 2 hours of singing, jokes, laughs, smiles, and more. Ben is the best traveling partner ever! When we got to Indy we decided to hit Circle Center mall first. On our way, we found the Indy sign so of course I needed a picture with it!

We walked the mall, but didn’t purchase anything! However, we got plenty of steps in! The mall did not have many stores that appealed to us! And the ones that do we have in our city. I try to find things local or different than what we have to try, but no success. The mall does have a couple of crosswalks and a garden with the view of the city so I couldn’t pass up pictures!

Once we were done at the mall, we went looking for a place to eat. Since St. Elmo’s and Ruth’s Chris didn’t open until 4, we decided to try Ram. It is a restaurant and brewery. I don’t drink beer, so I had some sangrias. However, Ben had their Indy Blonde and liked it! Their food is really good too, so if you are ever in the area, I do recommend trying it!

After eating, we decided to do some sight seeing and head to the stadium. We ventured to the circle. It is a brick circle with a monument in the middle. Gorgeous!

Once we finished walking the circle and looking at the businesses, we made our way to Bankers Life Fieldhouse (which is where the Pacers play).

We sat in great seats! We bought some merchandise as a token to remember our experience. Ben and I actually started a thing that every basketball event we attend at a new (to us) stadium , we buy a hat. So that is what I did!

We had a really great time. We left a little after half time since we had a drive back and were exhausted. But overall, it was a great day trip!!
